Does Google Maps Know Where You Are?

Are visitors and prospective new members finding their way to your front door?
We hope so!
While we were designing Brick River for Churches we discovered that thousands of UMC churches have no website! Many that do have inaccurate and outdated information on their homepage.
We're working hard to change that! One of our highest priorities is to make sure your most important info - worship times, directions and contact information - is always accurate and always online.

And now that you're online - you can help people find you by linking your website to the map feature that comes up with a Google search for UMC churches in your area.
Do a Google search for UMC in your town or county.
If Google locates your church but does not associate a website with it - you will see an
Add Website link in the
Add missing information section.
Submit the URL to your website and within a few hours Google will provide a link you your website with search results.
That's one of easiest things you can do to help visitors and prospective members get to your front door!
